I can't give less than this
I bought assembled I3 from this shop
1. Front Usb port and audio jack not working and went to complain
2. The boss says why do you need front ports you use rear ports. Stunned me. When I asked what are you talking he said don't argue, bring it we will see.
3. I gave them the PC, boss doesnot even respond he doesnot look at me he keeps me standing for 1 hr and say engineer is looking into it.
4. On my pressure again he said they will do and inform me.
5. After one month of regular calling their Engineer(uneducated) says use the rear port
6. They are selling duplicate products I.e why they cannot solve a small problem in pc
7. Shame on them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent people at work, who doesn't know Tail and Head.
We took UPS to them, which was discharged. They opened it and didn't know what to do ! They disconnected the Battery couple of times and said the problem is with the panel.
The guy is soo incompetent. He didnt even checked the Voltage and Power if Battery
