★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hilsha Fishes were marvelous . I arranged a " Ilish Utsav" at my in-law house at Behala. I bought around 5 pieces of Hilsha fish each weighing around 1.5 Kg ( Total 7.5 kg). Those were hilsha fish of Bangladesh . We made "Fish fry", " Ilish Bhapa" , " Ilish-er Tel Jhol" . All the preparations were awesome. The fishes were like butter. The quality was extraordinary.
