β β β β β Worst Pg ..rooms are with cockroaches.. food is worst ..they said there is power backup but it's not there.. and no geaser..it's a common one so problem for hot water... will take advance and tell u some reasons and won't repay u... Owner is also very rude...never seen Pg like this

β β β β β room interior is good, but rooms are very congested and dirty too, cleaners don't clean at all.... food is good (coming from north indian ) no power backup in the event of power is off.. .. hot water is Huge problem for me, they have warm water not "Hot"

β β β β β A good pg in a walkable distance to prestige shantinekathan. All the facilities are good. Food is good when compared to other pg's. The surroundings are good too. Nearby u can find a bakery, medical, cake shop, fruit shop and a grocery shop.

But the maintenance is not good,no power backup and hot water is a problem.
They will cut money from the advance we pay them,if we don't inform them before 30 days of vacating(it should be informed exactly before 30 days)

N walkable distance from bus stop
N in food matter north Indian food routine which south Indian girls from other states won't like so.. It depends on ur view
