★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things have changed dramatically in the last three years. The salesman, as well as the watchman, are quite unpleasant and arrogant. They appear to have lost their "humility," which was one of the drawcards for us to come here. Mr. Nagraju deserves special attention for misbehaving with my family, using harsh tones and insulting statements!
If any of the shop's stakeholders are reading this, please either fix Nagaraju or retrain your employees on humility and customer service. We are, after all, paying for what we are purchasing. Humility is the last thing anyone expects.

But I found in house sales people very rude in dealing with customers.They argue with customers as if they only knew about silk sarees and its quality.They don't know that now customers has more buying options. Sales team needs to be oriented on customer handling and customer service satisfaction.I don't think I will visit ever again here.

all kinds of clothes for all occasions. Nice shopping experience. But the negative factor is that the house has failed to provide a neat and clean washroom to the clients when shopping takes lot of time especially wedding and special occasion purchases.

You get all sorts of garments from readymade like undergarments, towels and lungis in basement, sarees in ground floor, exclusive men's clothing in first floor and readymade garments for children's, men and women in second floor.
The quality of clothes is very good as I am shopping for more than decade and rates are reasonable with very good range of prices depending on once needs.
Rates are fixed with some discounts. This helps in wastage of time in bargaining.
The premise is neat and clean with well trained staff ready to assist for the ones visiting for shopping.
All types of payments cash and digital payments are accepted.
Well connected by bmtc buses, metro train Magadi Road stop and also has parking space for customers.
