....driver was very neglected on his driving ,managent not at all responded on this ,i stopped bus in between n took cab and reached my destination .
If u want to reach safely dont prefer this travels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The travel service is not at all satisfactory. I have booked an ac bus which came after a delay of 1hr to my pickup point saying that there is some problem with AC. I was kept waiting for another hour for them to repair the AC system, even after which it is not done. I was finally given with a non ac bus collecting the same fare of Volvo bus. It all seems like a drama to charge more from passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever choose this pathetic bus service. I travelled by their semi-sleeper Ac bus from Bengaluru to Ernakulam.
*THE DRIVER SLEPT IN MID-NIGHT WHILE DRIVING*
The bus started 22 minutes late from scheduled departure time i.e. 10 p.m. The driver took it for refilling i.e. 300 litres of petrol and finally it left Bengaluru by 12-12.15 a.m. The driver was busy talking over phone most of the time while driving.
Worse was when around 4 a.m. a fellow passenger found the drive driving the bus while completely asleep. The bus was going in a Zig-Zag pattern and then he took a kutcha mudded service road in opposite direction and after we all started shouting he woke up. Then around 5 a.m. he stopped at a dhaba along the highway for freshening up. On stating how risky it was, he had a very casual attitude. The bus scheduled arrival was 7.15 a.m. in Vytilla, Ernakulam i.e. the last stop but even around 9.15 a.m. it was at outer of Ernakulam district and trapped in heavy traffic!! We got down and took a cab by paying extra to reach home and then office.
Never choose this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish giving zero stars was possible. No words can describe the reckless service of this travel agency. The bus departed quite late and then shuttled across Bangalore to fill up the fuel tank which should ideally be done before the departure. On the way, the driver slept while driving and was alerted by a friend who was occupying the front seat. He averted a grave accident. Also because the driver was half asleep he took a wrong road. Due to all this, the bus was very late in arriving at the destination.
Please do not travel by this bus service if you want to be alive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled from Hyderabad to Bangalore, 4/4/21, i kept my laptop bag at top of my seat, when i arrived banglore my bag is there but laptop is missing, i asked bus operators to provide chart ,so that i can give complain and police will enquire, they provided chart but back of me no one details are there means they are not even asking passingers to give details, so they can easily do robbery . So like this the travel people are giving chace to robery
