★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely apartment just a mile inside busy District road of sector 62 Noida. One of the best IAS coaching is available here. And vegetable and fruits market outside this apartment in a trendy fashion. The trees on both side of streets and a park make it a perfect place to just hang out on a busy summer afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Srijan apartment is one of the pioneer apartment building in this area. The society is known as PDIL (Projects & Development India Limited). It's a four story apartment building. As this is the oldest one lift facilities is not there. This is a well maintained and reputed residential society appartment.
Locality is very neat and clean. Basic facilities and amenities are easily available in this locality. Fortis hospital is walkable distance of 10 minutes from here.
Over all environment and surrounding are very good. A nice place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to live. Only ground + 3 floors . Surrounding is good. Lot of trees and it's very clean and crowd free area. The only issue is there is no lift and power backup in this society

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 15 year old society, have no power backup, no water for 24X7, have no club & Lift. However is good to live in. Very peaceful & calm and quiet atmosphere. Essential amenities are available nearby.
Green garden outside of society for walking & jogging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 2 types of apartments 2bhk and 3bhk. Apartments design is the old as its developed Noida authority. The society is cramped for parking spaces. Location is really good as all the amenities are available within 500m radius.
