β β β β β Unprofessional behavior of owner. My known went there, if we agree on something and I pay for that then I expect the same. She insults customers and Rob them unnecessarily. Wouldn't suggest u to go there.

β β β β β I visited the store and took a nice surprise. The designs of the clothes are excellent, of good quality and above all very beautiful. The service and attention was the best, because in less than two hours they adjusted the garments to my measurement which were excellent. The people they serve are very friendly and of a great human quality. I recommend it extensively and the prices seemed fair to me. Besides, in less than two hours they made me two custom pants that I liked as they looked at me. If you come to Bhopal you have to visit them.

Found the prices to not match the work delivered and the owner to be very unprofessional.Customer centricity is not at all possible here. i would highly recommend this place if you want to face insults, loose your money and get sub par work.

β β β β β Mrs Vandana Singh, the owner of Srijan boutique robs like anything. My known went there, and her experience was pathetic.
Cons:
1) She will not tell the prices earlier or if she tells then also she will increase them automatically and when you ask for break up then she says that its against our policies. What are her policies? I believe she should add it somewhere. A pathetic place and the owner too.
2) staff as well the owner was sooo unprofessional, they didn't have the manners to talk to the customer and make them feel pleased coming at their place
3) she don't entertain any exchange or refund, even if she is the one giving damaged or torned products

β β β β β my mom had purchased one saree from her place. It looked okay and was costly but within one wash it was like a mop. The collection at Srijan is not up to the mark, they keep very old jewellery full of dust. The collection is very old and of poor quality.

β β β β β This is my honest review about Srijan boutique. Vandana Singh is ruthless person. I got a few things stitched from this place. At first, she told some vague prices and for some she said we'll see later, she was so nice to me that I thought she is a very nice and kind person but that was not right. She makes personal comments which is highly unprofessional and also the way she treats the customers is very pathetic. Literally, I felt like I got robbed at this place. The workers : Bulbul didi and Salman bhaiya are gems, they are so polite and they do their work so nicely but the owner, she insults like anything. She literally robs. I am highly disappointed by this place and would suggest to not visit this place. She charges 3x price and when you ask for justification, she don't have that. She insults everyone. Definitely not visiting this place again.
I would like to share one of my incident with her : I got one of my lehengas stitched from this place. For dupatta, I asked her to make little heavy and gave her some kundans for the same. the only work they had to do was to stick them in the dupatta. They did it but did not make it heavy so I said 'Aunty ye bhara kaha h?' She said mentioning her worker 'Bulbul inko de do ye kr lengi' tell me who speaks like this to a customer? I said 'Agar mujhe krna Hota to aapke paas kyu aati?' This is how she treats the customers.
