★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb nature.. you have to visit once this temple. The great emperor srikrishna devarayalu wrote "aamukta malyada" here. Better to visit by taking karakatta road surrounded by greenery and krishnamma. Final word it is not in Srikakulam district, it is in Krishna district Mopidevi route

The idol is distinctive and sanctum is too gorgeous with pure rock pillars. It's pretty big temple wish it is well advertised to really take its greatness to wider audience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place of faith and worship. A beautiful temple in a peaceful village. The surrounding area is pristine in its beauty. Srikakulam village is on the banks of Krishna River. Nearest place to stay is Vijayawada, about 40 km away. Buses and taxis are available. A must see when in that area. Enough said, enjoy the photos. Places to see nearby - Kuchipudi, Nagayalanka beaches, Machilipatnam and return to Vijayawada.
