★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour is very bad. I bought a saree for 11,740 but exchanged it 'cause I didn't like it. The extra amount was only 1675 but they didn't refund and I was forced to buy an useless overpriced blanket. They also behaved rudely despite the fact that we were calm. Their collection is somewhat good that's why I'm giving 2 stars

Apart from the sales boy showing us sarees, there was no such cordial behaviour by any staff such as offering tea to customer or offering seat to sit. There was no discount on any purchase here and this fact was informed to us by the lady at the cash counter, that too in not a very polite way.
