as there is no Occupancy cerificate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, you are right...some other 3bhk flats are already available for sale in srinivasa diamond apartments for 45 lacs....no need to pay such a high price.
also does any body know why many people have put their flat for sale in this apartment...It seems there is problem with this apartment...so not worth buying in such problematic apartment...
property prices have dipped in this area because too much inventory and new construction 3bhk - 1400 sq ft flats with all ammenities are already available at 48 lacs in Bellandur
