Worst service, no courtesy for customers, when called to complain abt the quantity of food, whoever he was manager or owner reply was "jo karna h kar lo"...even if I spoke rudely for the quantity, it's there responsibility to take the feedback positively. The person said, hum bheek nae dete, aapko jo karna h kar lo...I ordered semi-gravy manchurian and I rec'd dry manchurian, quantity was too low, ordered 2 manchow soup rec'd as if it was just one soup packed in 2 packets with handful of fried noodles.
Worst ever management I have experienced in my life......no service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnt give any order from ttht restaurant as management is third class ...poor services...cheating the customer by delivering the half order and taking the full money..and this is my second time worst experience with this restaurant. And while talking to the hotel management instead of accepting the mistake they were shouting...which is not acceptable after patinp money..as we are not getting food free of cost..
If something happens for the first time i can understand its human errors and it happens. But what if the same thing is happening twice on the same order..and for ur restaurants mistake...u should not blame swagy as i order through swaggy from other restaurant also and it never happens anything like this..and pls dnt show ur sympathy for our money focus on improving your services and management behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will take you for a treat if you can take me to a place which serves worst dosa than Srishti Sagar. Pathetic is actually a positive word for the dosa here. I ordered paneer chilli dosa. They made a sada dosa and put really chewy hard paneer chilli inside. The chutney seemed an year old and the sambhar was more watery than I think is served in jails.
The restaurant hygiene is also very bad. This is seriously a pathetic food joint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Early morning decided to have a yummy breakfast and ordered from Srishti Sagar and had the worst experience of my life. Idli was made some other stuff surely it was not rice and udad, dosas were equally food, potato gone bad, chutneys were also bad, the idli top of that was uncooked and a weird smell was coming, wadas were smelly, totally in my family no one could have it. Inspite of taking money the restaurant does not care what it is serving. Had ordered from swiggy, no doubt the service of swiggy was good. I have called the restaurant to take the food and taste the food for self and then give their review. Worst restaurant, please avoid ordering online at least. I have given one star because I cannot post the review otherwise. They are not worth for one star also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Food quality and Rude restaurant owner. As soon as I had the pakodas I had a bad coughing and had to throw up. They had used some 10 days old used oil which made my throat suffer. Please never order a food from these people even if its free and you are dying of hunger. Thanks

Pizza, Dosa & Sch. Mushroom Fried Rice.
Spent almost an hour in Shrishti Sagar Restaurant. They deliver awesome food with great service. Felt like trying everything on the menu.
Rated 10 of 10 for food and service both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I thought to try this place out since it seemed very budget friendly. I was not expecting much but I was satisfied enough. The food was lacking taste but as a fried rice it was good .A mistake would be ordering pizza from here. It felt like the pizza was kept for a long time before delivery. It was soggy and tasted bad as well. All in all I would say you can go to this place to quench you're hunger but it's a no if you're looking for some tasty food.
