★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This complaint is againt Bimal (Photographer) who works in Sristi (as per his words) and I am attaching the Sristi bill for reference which Bimal gave to us.
Its now almost 6 months that we have been trying to contact Bimal for our marriage photos but he has not been picking our phone since then.
Only once Bimal and team picked our phone to lie that they didn't receive the money for the wedding photoshoot. I showed the proof that I paid through googlepay, but they were not aggreeing initially and after giving few more proofs, they finally agreed and gave just the raw video. But, there were no drone vidoes and for drone shot specially I paid extra.
I have been trying to contact them for the drone vides which were missing and also the printed album which is still also missing. And since then they stopped picking up calls from me and my entire family.
In short, I have paid totally Rs 27,000 for the photography services and out of which Rs 17,000 worth of services are still pending. Totally unprofessional. Seems Bimal and team from Sristi are a big time cheater in Burdwan. They are very fast in taking money, but will not do the work.
As we stay in Bangalore thus we don't have much option other than calling and chasing Bimal and team Sristi. Bimal might be thinking as customer doesn't stay in Burdwan thus he might be planning to cheat. This is totally an unethical behaviour and this sort of cheating has punishable acts as per Indian law. Before going further legally I would like to give one last chance to Bimal and his team to give us our drone marriage vidoes and the printed photo album.
