★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful if you are planning to buy or taking on rent in this property.
Don't buy or take it for rent as everyday you will have some other issues.
You will have water issues and on top up that lift also doesn't work weekly twice or thrice.
Please don't buy and don't take it for rent. Worst maintenance. Worst in terms of every aspect.
And about Management no one takes the responsibility and if you talk to anyone they says don't know or else same dialogue will see, will check etc.
Worst place. No amenities, Management do not have experience in handling maintenance etc...
No Safety, You have to take care of your safety though you are paying the maintenance amount for security
All have free access to the society, very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Apartment with lift facility, proper air passage, security, basement car parking. Has a dedicated borewell. At summer there may arise water problem and is relied upon water tankers which very occasionally disrupts the water supply in the apartment. Since apartment on sides of Ananth Nagar main road, it is very very dusty.
