★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They must be identified as thugs and scamsters. The owner is just not bothered while Mr Manjunath makes all false claims to make a sale. Increases price even after the deal is finalised and absconds leaving behind unpaid property taxes and dues. Past one year has been a nightmare when I have to follow up for smallest of issues, while the builders refuses to respond. Would suggest anyone considering buying property from them to avoid doing so. They are quite unethical and goons. Please save yourself from the trauma.
