★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a famous centre of SRL Diagnostic company located in Malviya Nagar, In front of Airtel Office, Rajbhavan Rd, Bhopal. All test like Blood, urine etc. are done here and checked by the Sr. Pathologists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **WORST SERVICE** in order to get the report we have to download their app. And report can be viewed only on app cannot download or save copy of it, neither can email..so I traveled 8km to their center to get hardcopy and to my surprise they were closed on Sunday(Shows open online)....Now my doctor appoint is here with no physical report...Very unprofessional **DO NOT RECOMMEND **

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service at SRL Malviya Nagar. Rates are also high in comparison with other labs. And they also delay report. I was inquiring them about tests over call. They told me to mail the tests and they told me that test details will be provided over mail. But no response. Then i went to their centre. They added if i bring my father for the tests of NMO and MOG antibody on wednesday then i will get my reports on thursday evening or friday morning. I asked my father to come bhopal on next day and gave sample. I neither got reports on thursday or friday. They are very unprofessional. Unprofessional staff. Will never recommend any one. And i would also suggest people if there is urgency of any tests please go to any other lab.
