★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone today for ANA blood test to SRL Andheri West, Veera Desai road, Mumbai 400058 facility. The lady was totally ignorant about test and asked me to wait outside as inside in small facility could accomodate only their two courier boys. After waiting for long time when I enquired expected time then to hide her ignorance she started shouting. Very pathetic experience.Finally I walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service is horrible. They don't send the reports on time. When trying to inquire, they don't pick calls. Very harassing. I can't blame the woman working there, as she is the sole person operating the center. Better go to Suburban; they are more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not even deserve one star. The lady is very rude. She screams if someone calls her for reports and says it's not her job to check. That's right - looks like her job is only to wiggle money out. Had to follow up 5 times before she sent the reports finally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pathology labs. They take your details including phone number 4 times and still don't send reports till you call them again.
Bloody we are paying you for the reports atleast have courtesy to call back on mobile number that you write down 4 times on different papers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy customer service. Woman talks like she is doing me a favour. Cancelled my time slot due to some error and couldnt rebook it for the same time. And funniest part is they dont give out reports on sunday apparently. What do i do if i have a flight on sunday and the report time says within 48 hours??? -.-
Seriously, pick a different place and save yourself the trouble!
