★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inexperienced, cannot distinguish between tests. Even after confirming twice with the professionals they didn't give report on the test we specifically asked for. They didn't know such test exists even after having multiple branches in cities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lab is good. But today 31st March 2018 the technician arrived at 7.50am. We were at the lab at 7.30am fasting to get a series of tests done. A patient before us walked out as there was no technician available at 7.30am. The security guard seemed oblivious to the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sub standard lab! Reports are very unreliable , inconsistencies were very high ! I had to verify the results by doing a re-test in another lab.
Also their lab in panjim looked very unhygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. They mess up really bad. You have to pay way in advance for the tests, if you've done more than 1 test you shall get one report but for the remaining reports you have to keep calling them or visit the nearest lab... What kind of service is this??

Fixed up a home collection request a day in advance for 8 am the next day. Constant followup was required and "heavy rain" was the reason given for the delay until 11:30 am, that's 3.5 hours delay. Upon questioning by when it is possible tentatively, they mention might not be possible today. Would appreciate if I was told the same at 8 am today morning itself, I would be better placed to look for alternatives. No apologies nothing, but an attitude in return.
This Lab is definitely not patient friendly. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating I have provided but I was unable to post a 0 star rating.
