★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the person came for sample collection was unable to take blood and two times he put the syringe. Then later on they sent 2 reports of two different patient. How can they sent another patient reports? When I asked them on phone about the wrong report, he has taken this very lightly rather accepting the mistake and answered me that it was sent wrongly, what can i do in that. Apart from this out if 3 tests I asked , they performed only 2 test. Worst experience, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a individual pathologist where sample collection is done for SRL. Its OK for a single test. But never ever go to this place if you have more than 5 tests are to be done. These can be done at at least half the rate by package rate in Lal or other big Hospital. This unscrupulous place would loot you.
I Was advised for 10-12 tests by my doctor. Since the place was near, I paid a visit. Without giving a hint about the charges, the pathologist took the sample, and when asked about the bill, he asked to pay 6800/-. I had glucose test to be done after two hours. And also didn’t had that much cash. They said me that while coming for the glucose test, I could pay by card. I usually visit Lal Patholab at Kalpana chowk. I went there and got the estimate of 2519/-. I called the pathologist and asked why so much variation. I understood that 10 out of the 12 tests are covered under a package deal of 2299/-. He immediately agreed to reduce the price to 3500/-. But I denied and carried out the test at Lal’s pathologist.
I was wondering why SRL is franchising with such pathologist. Now I have lost pairs in SRL too.
