★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having Covid symptoms since last week, so contacted SRL to submit the sample for covid testing, a person named Satyabrata Panda came to collect the sample and told me that I'll get the report on Sunday or Monday. Today is Thursday, my symptoms are not improving, I can't start the antibiotics without a positive report, and he/anyone from SRL is not picking up the phone. I am going to lodge a complaint, if I'm alive after 15 days. Awful service, awful human beings. He also didn't give me any invoice. I've paid the money online, have all details needed to file a complaint.
