★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are absolutely fraud. I had a charging issue,and I had already checked the laptop at one place and they had detected the problem. I went to SRM because they were offering a better price and they suggested that the work will be done within a few hours. So I waited to collect my laptop,but after waiting for 2 hours,they said that they need to look into the problem further,as they still can't detect the problem. So I had to keep the laptop with them. After contacting for 2-3 times,they informed that I need to change the whole motherboard as it is unrepairable. So I didn't do any more repairing from them, and went to the previous shop. After opening the laptop in front of me, they showed me that the IC had been changed and some chemical was clearly visible around the IC, and they also showed that the main problem area was left untouched. SRM stole the original IC which caused the whole motherboard getting burned. I don't know if they were even repairing it,as the wire attached to the wifi was also cut. They just ruined my laptop. I never thought that I had to face these thieves and the small problem would turn into a catastrophe. My laptop didn't require any repairing previously. I think many of the people who have done repairing from SRM, still don't know if they were robbed.

Quiet high price it was but service was good .. took so much time for the job !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fraud. They doing nothing with my acer laptop and and took my laptop for 14 days. After that they told your laptop battery is bad,which was good before submitting. Even on their report their engineer clearly told that only battery check no work has been done on laptop,but they charging high.Then they ensure me that purchasing battery will solve the issue. So I purchase battery but problem remain same. Very worst experience. But pricing is good with no doubt.
