Due to failure of management and unskilled staff, many patient suffer for long time in opd.
Staff of hospital is unskilled. No suitable answer give to patient by staff.
Finaly I give negative (-) marks....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this hospital, staff is very good and polite provide proper treatment by the doctors proper billing also provided by the hospital so i can claim in the insurance which is very easy with the cooperation of hospital , they provide each and every bill of the hospital, i am very thankful that they helped me at the midnight , i have also seen they are helping the animals too by providing xray facilities in the town which no other are providing i don't no why and they are charging genuinely on the same ..
They are really good in hygiene too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are no doctor and technician availablity.
Once you reach the hospital the billing staff will call the technician, who will arrive within 20-30mins.
Then if based on urgency the technician or the billing staff will call the doctor.
Who himself will take 30-40mins to arrive.
You can imagine what can happen to your patience during this period.
They do X-Rays of animals also, but they charge 1000 rs because it's an animal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A multi speciality hospital at Sherpur, Roorkee. Good connectivity with different modes of transport. Well trained and experienced doctors and their teams from different departments.
Also I would like to thank the medical team that works there and a special thanks to the nursing staff in the lobby especially (Rthymiya) for her nice cooperation and behavior.
It’s a very nice hospital in all aspects and services and i highly recommend it…
