I transferred 5100 without any meeting only on trust of name of SRS for Booking. Due to some personal reasons cancel the booking and informed 20 days before the function . The srs said that after 12 th April they return but still no refund now ignoring all message and calls.
It shows they don't want to refund. For a little amount they are spoiling their name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst experience one could have, my event which was planned for 9:30 Am was delayed by 2-3 hours, lunch delayed by 3-4 hours... poor quality of food, crockery and waiters were worst.spoled my whole event.decoration was even way beyond horrible, I wish I had never booked him based on reviews and his words
event.... half of guests left without food... decoration was even pathetic....
