★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were so dirty. There was not enough supply of water. Food quality and taste was awful. Half of the electrical switches were not working. Owner is so arrogant. Worst experience ever.

Really nice place to be with nature....U r surrounded by greenary , Lovely Pets including Cows, Monkeys, Turkey, Baby Goats, Fish and Dogs keep u secured.
Ultimate homely costal style food (Veg and Non Veg) for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Customisation is also available as per your requirement which is most important for kids.
Last but not the least..entire services are provided by complete family members who personally look after your requirements and ensure to provide best services.

Must go for the ones who love nature, natural sounds around, complete feel of a farm, homely food & pleasant environment.

Swimming pool is very clean rooms are very well maintained
Lots of pets children will enjoy a lot
Beach is within a 10 min distance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place in Feb 2021, this property is little bit on the outside from the main area. I had overall good experience the owner was nice to us they were looking after our needs. I read other reviews saying the owner is arrogant but he was cool with us while we interacted.
The rooms are decent I agree with few reviews about the cleanines and hygiene because I saw the other rooms were not maintained but that was not the case with our room. When we checked in it was clean and the washroom too. Seems like they clean only when they receive booking, few parts are still under construction and not maintained but will not affect your experience I feel.
There are lot of pet animals like duck, rabbits, dogs, cats, monkey etc. Kids might like it being around with animals. The food was also good I don't agree with other reviews with respect to food. Seafood is really good.
The pool area was clean too we had a great time there. There is a small private kinda beach near to this resort 10min walk. If you are visitng here do visit the beach as well you will have private beach experience.
My overall experience was good although there is some scope of improvement in cleanliness rest all good.

It has 5 stars ie great peaceful location, perfect ambience, beautiful well maintained facilities, more than fifteen types of pet animals (special attraction for kids) and superb delicious food. The owners personally take care of every guests need, offer good value for money comfort rooms and beach within a miles distance.
