★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is worst. They dont care their patients how much patient is in bad health but not see the patient. The Staff were so rude, arrogant or lazy or had a negative attitude.A lack of care and compassion, such as staff not doing enough to ensure the patient was comfortable.Staff not keeping patients well informed.Inadequate response to requests or complaints.Long waits before or between appointments, including delays in being moved between different departments.They also not see patients complaining about problems with the environment in which they were treated, such as poor food or night time noise, poor health outcomes, cleanliness, staffing levels and dignity. I suggest never choose this hospital.

I have spent less time working for this hospital but when I got admitted for my surgery I have never experienced the kindness and compassion of care I have received at SRV Hospital. It amazes me that so many kind people who truly care about what they do can all work together in one place. The senior Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr.Ashwin Samant is far away best in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad had been admitted at 6 in the morning. He had a surgery at 9 Am. Since 6:30 Am I’ve been complaining about the Air condition in our room. So I had taken a single deluxe room. And all the charges have been charged according to the deluxe package. And right now it’s 12 Midnight and still they haven’t fixed anything. It’s been 18 Hours. The staff has been telling me that the technician is going to come but no one literally cared. And then they come and tellme that is it okay if we put two table fans. Why do we pay so much when we don’t get the services? Very bad service if I had an option to give negative rating would’ve done that.Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted for Hernia Surgery. The nursing staff was amazingly too good. Always smiling, warm hospitality, always available on call with caring attitude. Housekeeping staff also were fantastic and taking care of everything time to time. Cleanliness of room, washroom etc was best maintained. RMO were also friendly and supportive. Food was also very good keeping in mind patient's requirements, and served tea/milk/ Food/ fruirs/ soup/ BF/ Meals etc Overall it was amazing experience. Thanks entire SRV team.
Would like to sincerely appreciate and thank entire team @ SRV hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing experience at SRV HOSPITAL. A place where you truly felt like family. The overall management of hospital a place that feels like homely. The team of Nursing Staff specially OT Staff are proactive in ensuring patients need and care. Dr Aakash Saraogi is truly a gem of heart under whom my treatment was going on. Thank you Mr Yograj for all your support during pre and post hospitalization. Only concern was to give more visitor gate pass.

I must say you have a very dedicated and qualified team of nurses and doctors working in great unison. This has enabled exceptional and remarkable care and attention for patients and given them a huge level of comfort.
