All staff always greets to patient with a big smile. Coz of that patient is feeling comfortable.
Entire hospital is so clean. Good work by Housekeeping staff too.
Clinical and Administrative Team is excellent and highly appreciated for their dedication towards the commitments.
It was very positive experience at SRV Chembur Hospital since admission till discharge. Great Job everyone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience when my father was admitted for COVID. The ICU intensivist are not capable and incompetent. They don't fully disclose critical details to family members. I also doubt their cleanliness maintenance of the ICUs resulting in secondary infections. The charges on the other hand are very high. If given a choice put in big hospital rather than this mediocre facility.

ICU is superb , well equipped and efficient to manage all critical cases . SRV has an excellent team of Doctors . Nursing fraternity is helpful and caring , ready to serve in any situation. The infrastructure is good and cleanliness is incomparable. Their supporting staff is also friendly , always ready to help beyond demand . Overall SRV hospital is “BEST OF THE BEST” - one solution to all health problems .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really loved the hospitality and the way they care for their patients! They make sure that all the needs are fulfilled and that the patient is given proper treatment.The hospital was clean and quietly care was perfect, the nursing staff and pharmacy employees was super helpful.
Housekeeping staff they treat people with kindness compassion at all times.

I have spent less time working for this hospital but when I got admitted for my surgery I have never experienced the kindness and compassion of care I have received at SRV Hospital. It amazes me that so many kind people who truly care about what they do can all work together in one place.

Doctors are more into understanding the problems and they all are very polite and helpful. Clinical and administrative team is excellent and highly appreciate for their dedication.
