★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pg is one of the most worst pg in bangalore there is no proper bathrooms no proper washroom the bathrooms don't even have hooks inside and the toilet is also broken and there is no good facility for drinking water, that pg maintenance guy fitted the water purifier in the bathroom itself how can someone drink water in bathroom and they will not bring food on time they will not even give proper food ,that maintenance guy he will say we have everything good here but staying thier was worst experience i ever had if any person who is really coming studies don't go to this pg u will not get food on time , and the pg maintenance guy he nly knows drinking if we tell anything to him then he will start arguing with ge don't even do his work properly but still ask more money while getting in to pg the usual maintenance charge is 1000 but that guy he will ask you more

Almost i Accmodated in this PG for 50 days.
I'm giving genuine review here,
PROS
1. Rooms are clean
2. No bed bugs but we can see Coackroach's to some extent.
3. Room rent 4800/5000.
CONS
1. No locks in the bathrooms
Only four washroom are there for two floors of which 2 washrooms don't have locks.
2. No drinking water facility (recently they installed purifier but it's almost in washroom)
3. No hot water in 1st floor ( in my 50days stay almost 40days no hot water)
4. No proper timings for food,
they will bring food morning hours between 8:30 to 9:30 , afternoon after 1:45 before 2:45, and in the evenings some times they bought around 9:45pm.
5. Should pay advance 1200 +200 extra with no reason why he charged 200, which is non refundable. For some they are charging even more as advance.
Not advisable for students, with starving stomach students cannot concentrate on studies.
Main reason i changed this PG is food, water and washroom problem.
