SS Corporate Securities Ltd is a professionally managed financial services company engaged in providing fee-based services to its clients. The company, incorporated in November, 1994, started as a trading member of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) in the Capital Market segment in July 1995. Over the period of time the company has built upon the foundation of quality services and high levels of integrity and is today among one of the leading members of NSE in North India.

The promoters – a team of first generation, professionally qualified entrepreneurs, comprise the board of directors, which manages the affairs of the company. Mr. Sunil Kumar Gupta is an ex-bank officer, having rich experience in Capital Market; Mr. Shankar Somani is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Over the years, building upon quality services and sound management practices, the company has been able to create a place for itself among the top intermediaries of NSE.

The company operates out of its head office building located at Netaji Subhash Place (Pitampura) in North Delhi. The office spanning an area of 7400 square feet is well equipped with all modern computer and communication systems. It also acts as a nerve center for coordinating and overseeing business activities at all branches and sub-broker offices.
