★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I was searching for a property 2 months ago in both Godavari districts and through a friend came to know about SS Developers, initially my expectations were fingers crossed but their team made the deal awe, they understood my financial situation and made it feasible according to my need and made the registration in 45 days, once everything from both sides are arranged, appreciate their team work transparency!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take it my privilege to write review on SS developers. I booked one 4-bhk apartment and 2-plots is Lakefront towers in Rajanagaram, out of which I got registered for one plot very recently.
The 120 plus acres SS Developers site at Rajanagaram is well located at upcoming bustling business center for Rajahmundry and Newly formed East Godavari District. Site is close to existing and proposed National and state Highways forming paanch (Five) Rasta (Kuudali). The site surrounded by schools, colleges, university, logistic parks etc. The location of site close to seaport, Airport, River Port, hill station, pilgrim centers etc. shall make it more busy and early development.
If I am not too crazy, I would like to say this place (Rajanagaram) would become logistic center for nearby 4-states borders of Telangana, Odisha Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra. There are many more to write.
Location of lake at site gives sufficient potential for development of resorts, business parks, recreational hubs walking or jogging tracks around lake. Add to it developers proposed to construct Balaji Temple in the site.
About developer and staff, they are very co-operative and responsible. One appreciable thing is the young MD Mr. Gopi Krishna is accessible, responsible, listens to suggestions, understands customer, considers right. Even other staff including CEO, Ms. Tushara is also quite responsible and co-operative.
I wish SS Developers to flourish further and long cherish with many more projects to come in future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally got the registration done. Now I would surely say they are genuine. We bought 2 plots from Lake Front & waiting for the other to be registered. Had hiccups with timeline & price but at the end, all went well. Got it at a good price.
I would suggest to talk to Thushara garu or Gopi garu or BM Srinivas garu. They explain clearly and will give correct update or status. Don't talk to other sales team as they don't know really whats going on.
Project is very good one. Near to highway and will have good growth in future. I would say go for it.
