★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice market place newly opened so not fully occupied,but Bikaner outlet and Barbeque are attracting more visitors,one more problem is there .
Very few space for parking.

I organized a family bday party of 30+ at Hyve. Worst experience, all thanks to the Adamant & incensible Manager/Management.
The newly opened restaurant seems to be incapable of handling customers more than 10. Miss-management & then miss-behaviour lead to annoyed guests.
1. No music even after plan & commitment. Managent made U turn & on the spot refused for any type music or family dance in the party. (commited at the time of booking)
2. Jain food containing onion garlic, i had to arrange separate thalis for some gueats from Bikanerwala by my own.
3. The insenstivity is, they charged me of the guests whom they failed to serve Jain food.(pre-orderd at the time of booking)
4. So called manager arguing with elders, when they complaint about food & water.
5. Tried to charge extra bill by increasing members, which got settled after 30 mins of arguement. When i asked show me the CCTV of my guest, they said its not working you pay your actual guest.
It was realy humiliating of insensible behaviour of the so called owner to the elders in the party. They ruined the event.
Strictly not recommended for any group party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to develop more in terms of infrastructure and amenities. Basic amenities such as medicine shop, sweet and icecream shops have been opened. You can also find Barbeque Nation and Biryani by Kilo at this place but still more shops needs to be opened soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall is located near to Trehan mall just the opposite side of road. It has Bikanerwala and some other outlets. Not all shops are yet occupied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except Bikanervala, nothing is special about this place. I think its not even fully functional.
Parking is pathetic. No underground parking was available or operational.
Bikanervala is something for which you can visit this place.
Over all i will not recommend this place anytime sooner to visit.
If its raining, please carry umbrella with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has some well-known food outlets in the new Gurgaon area like Barbeque Nation, Bikanervala, Nirula's, Giani's etc. The mall also houses other food outlets, medicine shops, courier services, laptop repair services etc. Many more shops are bound to come up. The mall is well designed and large, though mostly empty now as the mall is new. Though residents frequently visit the mall, the lower rating is because the mall is operational without an adequate parking facility. It has not opened up the basement parking facility. Due to this, the residents park cars on the street, which should be discouraged altogether. No business venture shall be allowed to operate without an adequate parking facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is primarly a stand alone restaurants Food Court complex with some utility shops in Sector-85 Gurugram. Has food outlets like- Bikanerwala, Barbeque Nation, The Hyve, Nirulas. If you are looking for a dine out with family in Sector 85 or nearby area you can surely try the f&b outlets here. Reasonable parking space as New Gurgaon area is not crowded yet and has lot of side space along road and the parking area of complex.
