Iam an Air Force veteran who always had a passion in food and was about to launch my food venture.Then i started searching for food cart manufactures as I found sai structures,and they promised to deliver my food in time frame of 20days as i was from Coimbatore.but when they delivered the cart i was cheated in all possible ways...the material used was of cheap quality and the build in refrigerator which they charged me 40,000 was worth just 12,000/-.within 3 months the battery they installed got dead and the wiring they done inside got fire...the owner naresh never attended my calls and i hereby frame him as the most unethical fraudulent cheater i had ever met in my life.today i am in loss of 4 lakhs which was my hard earned money after serving 20 yrs in service.i warn everyone to avoid this fraudulent ekart builder sai structures delhi who cheats poor peoples money for his leisurely life....jaihind

He is a big liar. Once payment is done he stop answering your call and start disrespecting you
I beware everyone not to buy any product from him becz he is a liar
I have contacted his other customers and everyone had same experience like me
He should not be in this market and fool people like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They looted me of my hard earned money. And after selling the product they did not even accept my calls and also disconnected my call while I was explaining him the issue. I called him for just an advice regarding fixing the issues. I never asked him to compensate for the defects or anything, i paid him exactly what he asked for without bargaining and still on asking for an advice regarding how can I fix the issues, which was totally his mistake and I was still going to get that fixed using my own money.... he still hanged up the phone while shouting at me and never accepted my phone call again.
Issues Faced:
1. Mr Naresh Madaan, is a totally rude person, he will talk to you as if you have taken money from him.
2. The cart i received had numerous issues. I faced issues like wheel issue, he used hydraulics that are too small and its not even possible to stand under the cart because of the height of the doors due to small hydraulics, and the edges of the doors might hit eyes or head of the customers and the overall quality is so substandard.
3. As soon as you make payment to him he will start shouting at you, it really gets difficult for you to even explain him what you want to get done with the cart because he will start shouting at you.
4. He never paid attention to my instructions even when i explained him in detail and even emailed him the checkpoints.
- My first advice is distribute your money to the needy ones rather than spending here.
- If you have already made the mistake of paying him immediately get a contract signed, all the things you want in cart, all the parts with drawing etc should be mentioned in it.
An advice to Mr Naresh, please stop doing one time business. You will do one time business by looting people but if you listen to your customers without shouting at them and provide solutions for the issues only then you will have a repeat customer.
I went to this place assuming I would meet Mr Singh, who was working with him earlier, because i am sure he is the person who is responsible for all the positive reviews here because he is a humble person, soft spoken and would immediately understand what you want but he is not working with him anymore.
