★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SSK Developers is best because they simplified HIDCO's confusing co-operative rules, and they are building and selling Co-operative flats like normal flats. Which is way cheaper than individual flats. If someone is planning to buy a co-operative flat on New Town then I will suggest him/her SSK Developers.
By the way their office is near Biswa Bangla Gate which is very good way to communicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial interaction was good but then on when we started showing interest on a perticular property and related questioning on different aspects then things turned round, behaviour from one of the developer person called Biplab Roy(he owns this company also as per him) was not the one expected, as per him we should belief what all he tells and shouldn't be asking him much on different aspects .
He slowing started answering in Quiet rude way and pretending he is a big shot guy and we shouldn't kill his time (this happened when we were in his office on 2nd day - we do have interest so we took pain to come down to his office and then discuss but he doesn't look a good person to belief and trust and give away ur hard income money like this only to him).
Finally he only asked us to go for a searching if we feel and he will share the documents and based on same he have shared few docs and when I asked for few other documents as per my advocate then again he turned wild and dropped my call just by say "leave u don't have to take this perticular property"( again not at all expected from a developer whom we are going to trust and give away 70-80 lacs of money)
Note: complete time duration was just a week from the first day I meet him and his brother to the final call I made him from my advocate office. I didn't call him frequently neither used to ping disturb him frequently, so don't know what made him so annoying or is this his usual behaviour all time?
Judge and then proceed with this person if u like any property from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this builders. After confirmation of flat position they have denied. Once the matter was under discussion and coming to the point of finalising the builder given the said project to some other client without informing me. While asking they told who first give money flat is their. They even non bothered to ask me even whether I am booking that flat or not. One kind of cheater.
