Still they r following old methods. Teachers salary is very less. Students only do all the teachers work like paper correction, entering Mark's etc.
I think with few changes in Education System they can improve their school.
The way of speaking mainly the office staff the lady who will collect the fees don't know how to speak politely with parents.
Every month they will collect money for some purpose. Teachers are more busy than teaching they will be very busy in collecting money.
WE CAN SAY THE SENIOR TEACHERS WILL RULE THE SCHOOL.
