★ ★ ★ ★ ★ St. Francis Xavier's Cathedral in the Archdiocese of Bangalore is the Parish in which I grew up. It is a beautiful place to spend time in private prayer. Serene atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Metropolitan Cathedral of Archbishop of Banglore Archdiocese. The Cathedral has a very stunning atmosphere and a quiet and divine Spiritual Ambience for prayer and reflection. It's totally a very different feel while sitting inside this Church. Even if we don't pray anything, our minds will be raised towards God in this atmosphere. Very soothing place to relieve from fear, anxiety, stress, pressure and weakness. Good to come for personal prayer and also to pray with family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bangalore is renowned for its beautiful churches and cathedrals and St. Francis Xavier Cathedral is a prominent member of the list. Located close to the Ulsoor Lake and Bangalore Cantonment, this is a Roman Catholic cathedral. Its most striking features are the large central dome, the massive prayer hall and the frescoes. Though it was rather empty when I visited on a Sunday afternoon, I assume that would not be the case during mass timings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another beautiful Church of Bengaluru! An amazing historic stone structure and a huge amount of open area in front and around the building... A very calm and soothing atmosphere when you are here in the mornings, its very peaceful to take a break go and relax here for a change.

Usual days mass timings :
Weekdays : 6:15 am and 6:45 am
Weekends : Saturday 6:15 am and 6:45 am
5pm English and 6 pm Tamil.
Sundays : 6:15am English, 7:15 am Tamil, 8:30am Kannada, 9:45 am English, 5pm English and 6pm Tamil.
Mass timings and languages may Vary on Feast day and other days of Celebrations.
