Firstly, the advantage is that it is located in the heart of the city .
You may not find any hall in this size in that heart of the city and at such a comfortable zone.
The charge of the hall is approx 90k which doesn't include anything inside except the chairs. There are various vendors inside for every small bit. It is compulsory that we have to do the business only with these vendors . You aren't allowed to bring anything from outside .
1) in case you want to bring caterers from outside for your event , your deposit amount will not be returned.
2) The electricians do not allow you to bring any sort of equipment from outside. If you're bringing any speakers or DJ kit from outside, you will have to pay minimum of 2k to the electrician.
There is lot of monopoly in the business and the way it is followed , they say to bring discipline in the maintenance of the hall.
The music and the lighting is fully shut by 9:30 or max by 10pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ St. Patrick’s Community Hall is one of the popular function halls located in Residency Road, Bangalore. St. Patrick’s Community Hall hosts a number of social functions such as weddings, birthdays, naming ceremonies and other social events.
But the management has lagging in maintaining the community hall properly. Its very pathetic in condition of dining and toilets. The main hall is quite well maintained though. Its near to St.Patrick's church.
