 Confident News Egyptian officials said at least 48 people were killed in a gunfire carrying Coptic Christians near a city in Minya province on May 26. According to the Telegraph, the bus and a car carrying Coptic Christians were attacked by a group of gunmen while moving toward St Samuel's monastery, about 140 miles south of Cairo. The Egyptian Ministry of Health said at least 23 people were killed and 25 injured in the attack. No organization has claimed responsibility for carrying out the attack.
