★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landline number given on google not working. Customer care people dont respond. I asked email request for bank e statement till date . Given email without attachment. Other bank gives estatement till date. SCB dont gives. All time I have to chase for the statement. No use of online banking . Giving the statement in Excel format. Which is not acceptable in other banks.
