★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor service, Plz plz never buy Mahendra car or else you need to wait 8hours for normal free service. And there is no such thing as free, free is just a labour charge rest you need to pay 6k-10k for normal free service, they don't even put greasing in doors for free. The main part is time, after paying 15lakh you need to give your full day to get your service done, this is the worst part. Star automobiles management is poor, they don't have proper workers nor Washing station. Tons of cars and only one washing station. I waited 4hours for just to get my car(XUV300) washing done, in the end I have to take the car without proper washing, is se aacha toh mai market se Kara leta washing 300 he jyada lagte but time toh baach jata Mera. Mahendra don't value customers time. No body ask you for coffee or tea or even glass of water, also there is no place to sit outside parking area.
I pray people don't get cheated for fake best after service.
