★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one is smaller than the one near Kundalahalli gate signal. The selection is a little smaller. Although, I found the produce here to be fresher. What's lacking are the drinks and snack sections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to buy most of house hold daily needs like food, groceries, spices, etc. Items are well stocked and offered at discounted prices. The store is under staffed, especially at the billing counter. Out of the 6 counter, at a time only 1 or 2 is functional causing delay in billing and checkout. There is only one person at the vegetable and fruit weighing machine counter, causing long queues and an unpleasant experience. Other than that, it is a nice place to buy your daily needs at a discounted price.

He was not ready to move the trolley which was blocking parking.
Also he dint notice some other car parked next to my car and I was unable to get inside for 30mins in rain. Poor service
Tata please take care of this. Customer satisfaction is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I start my scathing review must point out that the two positives about this store - discounts and a friendly staff
Unfortunately that's where the positives end, anything else you could imagine at a supermarket can go wrong does go wrong.
- the weighing counter for vegetables is almost never staffed (and this when they will continuously badger you with sms to come buy the aforementioned vegetables)
- Billing counter queue - while there are many stations, most of them are never manned leading to long wait times and customers cutting lines
- Incorrectly labelled items (for days at end) - which you will only find out about after a long wait time at the billing counter

Update - It's gotten even worse than before

Bikes are being parked in the designated car parking area. The main gate security doesn't help, he orders us to park outside and is very rude. If questioned about the bikes parked in car parking area, he rudely replies to take my car out.
Another day, my car was blocked by water supply lorry and couldn't take my car out for 20 minutes.
It's high time that management should take some action regarding the parking and educate the main gate security.
Security at the entrance of the store is also rude
