★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent supermarket. Cheap rates with good quality groceries and staples. Best sanitization practices followed during Covid. Staff is bit lethargic with no interest in guiding customers. Store managers has no control over it's staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Star Bazaar is a quick in-out store for me especially when I am there to purchase bulk items for my factory.
The products are displayed nicely and they do not change the positions often, so easy to locate.
One area of improvement is their ramp. It is a challange to bring down a full trolly as the area is not leveled properly, the fact that this has not been addressed by a TATA company is surprising.
It is a store I would recommend for every day use, I have never had any issues with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine prints on Shelf Offers. Read carefully and read terms with magnifying glass. Discount is written is big bold letters without any star or astrick mark. But below somewhere in fine letters condition would be written. I bought biscuit which on shelf showed discount of Rs.62.50, however, in bill discount offered only of Rs.8.75. when checked, found minute fine print that discount of Rs.62.50 on +499.00 orders. Read carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good option for all the groceries,you'll find the best,fresh and organic fruits and vegetables that too at a cheaper price and it's the only thing that can be trusted during this Pandemic chaos.I couldn't give five because it is a bit limited in variety of stuffs that it offers ,you'll definitely get all what you need for a typical lndian household but if searching for baking powder, custard, oregano,olives,kale,lettuce,etc. ,you'll put your efforts into vain.Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store....we get most of the daily essentials including vegetables. And there is a fixed 7% discount of most of the items. And there is also a 50% discount section where some items are sold at half prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being their customer for more than 2 years today extremely disappointed to say that this store is daily degrading their quality of service and products. Unethical marketing and sales techniques are used.
1) Many products are expired or near to expiry dates. Read properly and buy at your own risk as they won't accept your product back if you didn't read expiry date. Unethical marketing and sales techniques are used.
2) In veggies section now they have installed so many lights of different shades that it's not easy to quickly identify the quality of veggies and fruits. Horrible quality and extremely unhygienic. Flies and insects are there and when we tell staff then they are unresponsive. One short slim fair guy (kid) and one dark fat lady, both are so arrogant and unprofessional that they won't miss a chance to give you the worst feeling.
Today was my last visit to this store, experience was extremely horrible!
Best thing is now we all have Fraazo and Blinkit, services are exceptionally too good also the quality is the best!
