★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner will not tell you everything about hostel rules and after sometimes he will charge for everything and no one is allowed to come inside the hostel even your Guardians or friends.For that he charge some amount.Also he will not provide any receipt for making payment and simply charge Registration fees.

i stayed here for 5 month and it is worst they have there own various kind of rules jo ki alag alag samay pe samne ate hai
they charge for every small thing and torture you time to time
don't take this pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners will charge you with some or the other kinds of "fines" for every single thing! They'll make rules for every single thing whenever they want just to piss you off and also to charge you with something else!
Also, there will be no receipt or written proof provided by the owners for the rent given by you. And then, they'll change the Terms & conditions accordingly coz of course, the agreement is "verbal". And believe me, we told them a lot to give us atleast a receipt! But, they never will provide you the receipt coz that's "legal".
Also, these guys are really really really very nosy.
Please consider it twice if you're thinking of choosing this hostel/PG/prison whatsoever it is!
We were the lucky ones though! We escaped soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner charges Rs.10 per unit for electricity and we confirmed from the electricity department that the rate per unit is not more Rs 6.5 in that area. The building is newly constructed and the rooms are clean but the main problem is with the behaviour of the owners. They will not give you a single day to arrange the rent and will just enter your room in the morning and will tell you to arrange it by evening. They even took extra Rs. 3 from me.... Can you believe it.. They will not leave a single paisa.... So greedy really...and that "short" guy with the main owner is so irritating .So i just want everyone to please consider all these things before staying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well,I did not actually live here but I had to visit my brother because he was ailing and was in poor health.But,the owner did not even let me enter even the main gate of PG and was rude as hell,as if we were his servants and asked for 300 rs. as visiting charges.The worst thing is that they didn't even mention any of this in the beginning.Not a place you would like to reside in.Also,the food is terrible and you will have to compulsorily pay the mess charges even if you eat out.The smell in the surroundings also adds to this melancholic environment.
