★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is my first time gym experience. before i join the gym my mentality about the gym was different. but when i joined the gym and met our polite and supportive coach mr. suraj sir my mentality totally changed. now days you can find gym easily at lower price with so many facilities but you can't find a better coach who understand the student's mind. too much respect is about suraj sir they teach every student as personal Coach.

With personal training he also gives small talks explaining science behind perticular workout. He doesn't neglect others when taking PT but gives timely feedback and suggestions to improve. I'm feeling positive about my weight loss goals. I recommend this to to others as well.. Great gym with affordable pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best gym I have ever seen. I joined gym to loose fat. Believe me this the 3rd week and I have lost 3 kgs. All Trainers are certified from K11 FITNESS AND SCIENCE. They are very professionally. Visit once and have an experience.

He has been an amazing trainer, very knowledgeable and attentive,
The trainer is well educated, assists everyone personally and has a good experience in training.
I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.
I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.
This gym properly science based, clean and good gym.
