★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Star health insurance office is to pathetic serviceable office i ever visited. The office has same window for claim and policy issuance. No body bother for work. They are so pathetic to submit the claim documents. They have lease interest to their customers for claim submission. They misleads to you everytime for claims. The are pathetic to approve your claims they miss out your paper most of the time.

My family applied for the claim in the month of April. After lapse of 6 months, the company says 45-50% amount is only approved as against 80-85% as promised while taking policy. No details on deductions provided by the company. When I rejected the claim amount, I requested for my bills and all papers which were submitted to the company. even after multiple followups/ multiple calls - emails, they fail to provide me the original bills. I am losing time to claim reimbursement from my employer.
The BM of Nashik branch Mr Amol Vispute and his staff Mr Amin Shaikh are spineless, pathetic, irritating officials. They dont have any idea on customer service. they dont have any details regarding policy they issued.
while I write this, I am still waiting for my bills which were submitted to these buggers.
Dont take any star health insurance policy.
