★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Doctor named Mahabali Singh who is the chief doctor has no time to pick your calls or meet you. Unfortunately you will have to meet the assistant doctors who have different updates for the same patient which makes it difficult for decision making and deciding the actual condition of the patient.
Even in big hospitals, the doctors update the relatives but this doctor had no courtesy to talk to the relatives even once in 15 days. Also there is no fixed time when he comes so that you can plan your visit to the hospital.
They charge so much money but patient’s clothes are not changed for weeks. Hygiene remains a challenge in this hospital.

The hospital and its staff, everyone is only working to earn free money.
As per the words of the visiting consultants Dr.Pawan Pathak and Dr. Dubey "this hospital is a place where people dump severe patients jinka kuch nai ho sakta"
Doctors don't wear protective gears like a face mask even while visiting them and they charge per patient for their PPE kit.
Doctors constantly ask the patients to transfer their relatives out of there as they are short of staff and they apparently know how INCOMPETENT their staff is.
According to Management Head Dhananjay Singh "Humare paas to yahi staff hai, isi me kaam chalana ho toh admit karo, warna koi aur hospital dhundo". Translating to "this is all the staff we have, if you want them admit else find some other hospital"
The patient is in distress but RMO won't even get up from his cabin. He would sit there using his phone or pretending to be busy.
Ultimately it'll result in the death of the patient.
They don't have a working lab in their hospital.
Their ICU is more like a fish market.
Words are less to describe their incompetency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the office staff there doesn't have manners to speak to the customers. The bills are always high inspite of worst treatment. Initial deposit amount is charged depending upon the background of the people. Hospital wards are not maintained clean neither there is proper treatment given to the patients. A big NO to this hospital if you are planning for thier treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Star Hospital, Nalasopara west is a very good hospital, their doctors, Dr. Mahabali Singh Sir, Dr. Yakub Sir and Dr. Pathak Sir are very good doctors. Chaitrali Kulkarni is very helpful in the nurse stop, but Manju Mishra is a very Worst nurse, she pays less attention to the patient, does more nonsense, threatens to complain. Dr Dhananjay sir is a good administrator. Bhalekar mama and Tambe also take care of the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The covid vaccination service is quite bad here. The adminstration is too slow and they even make mistakes on the receipts. Overall, the process was painfully slow and not quite satisfactory. And what is with that idiot fellow asking people to subscribe to the star hospital YouTube channel? Is this appropriate in any shape for a hospital. Really embarassing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital. Staff didn't have manners on how to deal with customers. My recent experience is very bad with this hospital. I did taken appointment for Covid vaccination. I visited hospital as per my given time slot. When I reach there staff informed me they don't have vaccine and given slot time is not available. And they started arguing with people like me who came there as per their given slot. In addition to that they didnt even have courtesy to reschedule the appointment and asking to come by tomorrow with same appointment. Spoken to centre head and his assistant. They are from different world. They didn't even wearing mask and started arguing with me. So for considering safety of mine I stope arguing with him step away from there. and decided to never visit this hospital again and inform my friends and family also to not to come to this hospital.
If you don't have bandwidth to support vaccination program in first place why your center registered with co-win.
