★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there would be "0" star for this kind of unprofessional Labs. Star imaging & it's people are most unprofessional people. I have been told to do some test by a renowned doctor and suggested for Star imaging. I connected with the given no and he took all details . Now due to some pre-planned activity I told them to reschedule the visit next to next day at 8 am. I specifically told to come sample collection within 8am as later I had to go to my profession. But when nonbody turned even at 8:40am , I called the guy (who claims himself as Asst. Manager marketing & don't care about the timing) (he was sleeping may be) and asked why no body arrived. First of all he forgot there was an commitment. Then I reminded him and instead of helping out in this situation he started fighting with me and blaming me that as I rescheduled that's why delay happened. He also told me that Labs starts at 9am & people arrive at 10~11am. Its very surprising that how Labs are operating in this timing. Now he told by 11 am people will come to collect the sample. I was told to wait. I waited till 11:45 am but none turned up. One peron called me at 12:30pm for that . From 8 am to 12:30 pm... It's 4hrs & 30min delay. How a patient will stay such long time in emergency.?
So this Star Imaging lab is not recommended at all.
