★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The availability of options is good. The number of staffs in the morning can be increased. There's hardly 3 staffs in the mornings (8-9 am). It took me atleast half an hour for billing and another 20 mins for weighing vegetables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Worst Place in the Cash Counter Behavior People I have never seen in any of thr super market... If anybody comes with huge number of items.. Especially ladies counter members are going somewhere elese and never comes for the counter.. It is happening in multiple number of times...
No Manager to control them and it is becoming very worst compared to previous years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a lots of varieties. They offer good discounts too. Usually the store is not crowded but sometimes they keep only one billing counter operational that leads to longer waiting time. For vegitables, try to go in the morning to pick fresh ones. On groceries as well, there is significant discounts.
Staff is also helpful and not bad.
Parking available for both two and four wheelers.

Revising to 1 star. Very poor billing management lately. Long queues for billing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing is fresh in this super market...I brought two times eggs, everytime there are.almist 5 to 6 eggs already spoiled....same case with fish....
So I tell you not to buy any non veg items in this shop...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 active billing counter at any given point of time. They have total 5 billing counters but they don't make use of it. Lot of waiting time in the queue. Very bad. Observing this for past 6 monts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stay near by star market, our appartment is opposite to star market.
Veggies and Fruits will be fresh, as well as meat.
But the problem is with counters when it is too crowded.
Products are very good.
1. Billing session is horrible, nearly 5 to 6 cpu counters are there but only 1 will operate irrespective of how many people standing in the queue.
2. Offer boards are not updated or not synced with bill system. Boards will say some offer but when we go to bill counter, they say offer is not there now, and it will not show any offer details in system to billing guys it seems.
These things must be improved.
I see daily one or the other customers have argument with staff regarding these two points mostly.
