★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultants are very good duty dr care is very nice my grandmother admitted for 3 days for fever n nursing care is excellent for semi private they had charged only 3000 only all the rates at affordable prices . Dr Ramu physician care is good. cleanliness should maintain little bit more..tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst Infrastructure. I took my wife to take IV paracetamol prescribed by doctor from other hospital. We had got gloves and paracetamol related Injection.
Nurse did not wear the gloves, instead she tied the medicine infusion window using these gloves though IV stand was available. Later when we raised concern, they asked to get the IV stand from 1st floor . They are not taking any hygienic measures. My wife started asking questions with raised voice regarding their negligence, Nurse just left from there and one of the doctor Dr. Seema jumped in( i'm not sure whether this is the correct name, this was said by hospital management) and she started shouting and told to my wife that 'We are handling lots of loads of patients, you take out the needle and Get out from here'. She said to one of the clerk there, not even Nurse, to take out the needle and asked us to Get out.
I can assure that only my wife was in OPD. It's terrific hospital. Being a doctor, she was very insane. This hospital do not have proper Infrastructure.
We understand that many hospitals are having lot of hectic situation. In case they are not able to handle then they should call it out clearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid this hospital even if you have an emergency. My father was admitted to this hospital cuz they live very close by and thought this hospital might be helpful. My father was the only patient in the hospital there, and the room rent is so damn expensive (as no one comes, they try to loot anyone who comes), and the doctors are not qualified enough to treat patients other than simple issues. They landed up ordering so many expensive medicines and an injection costing over 10k which we are still baffled as to why. Eventually, my father's health really did not improve and had to be rushed to another hospital. The only thing I can say good about this hospital is that it looks hygienic and few nurses are sweet and show that they care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal experience with this hospital has been really bad due to incorrect blood test report provided.
I visited this place first week of September for a prescribed blood test. Firstly they charged me INR 3000 which I got to know is over 30% expensive than other reputed labs at later point. Secondly they did not send me the report on time and kept saying it’s a third party lab they have outsourced and they’re some confusion. The third and most worrying part is, after me following up several times for the report hospital in house lab provided some random readings on the blood report.
Just by the look of reading anyone can say it was not correct so I got the same test done at different lab ultimately identifying they give me a wrong blood report.
Being a hospital and having in house lab I would expect Star Medcity hospital to have basic understanding on how medical report can lead to wrong treatment and ultimately causing difficulty to already worrying patients. I did bring this to hospital notice with little and no further response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience on how an hospital should function, starting with the frontline reception staff, nurses, duty doctor, doctor and even ward staff,specially administrative officer everybody were so courteous and caring that I wish to visit again for any further hospitalisation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently admitted my mom here as I stay close to the hospital. My mom received an effective treatment. The consultant was experienced and gave appropriate treatment to my mom. The nurses were very attentive and caring. The rooms were cleaned frequently. The administrative officer - usha madam - kindly helped me reimburse the charges. Overall it was a good experience.
