★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was good due to nice staff. The breakfast was good and the teriff was also affordable. Rooms could be maintained little better. AC was having some noise and washroom has some leakage.
Location was accurate on Google maps and East gate of taj Mahal is around 2 km.

Room cleanliness: 2/5
Breakfast "buffet" : 2/5. Didnt have more than 2-3 items. But its called a Buffet.
The person at the reception didn't have any idea that the rooms were prebooked and paid when we arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel rooms were not prepared. Though I arrived 6hours after the arrival time , still no arrangement were made. No hot water. Poor flow of water. TV wasn't working. No sanitization measures. No one was wearing mask. Are you kidding me ? Not even a single guy was in mask or using sanitizer. Is it joke or what.

Geysers of most of the rooms are very bad in condition.
Sometimes they don't clean their bed sheets. Seems carelessness. In this pandemic time everything should be sanitized and clean. They don't take care of it.
Don't go there if your self-respect is very important than other things.
Staff is very rude, illiterate and don't have manners that how to talk to our costumer.
I'll never suggest anyone to go there because of their behaviour. Specially that guy Vikas Uttam.
He said to me " are jitna pay karna hai karo mera *dimag* mat khao."
Who the hell this guy is?
Is he the owner of this hotel?
I won't visit that place again and never suggest anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like a newly built. The place is just behind the TDI mall. Staffs are well behaved. Food is a little bit costly bt tasty. Complimentary breakfast is good bt it can be better adding some juice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is regarding my stay on the hotel star of taj restobar. First impressions, stained towel, which was replaced on my arrival when I pointed it out. The rooms were found dirty. Took them an hour to attend to my request. The tv channels were not working to which when asked, I was told this is how it is everywhere.
Only services a customer expects on booking a hotel are cleanliness, hygiene due to the current covid conditions and services such as a tv with some working common channels. If the hotel fails to provide them, it's a waste of money for the customers as well as spoils the name of the hotel.
When complained at the reception, the staff seemed to disagree with what I have to say. They feel they're providing me with all the world class facilities which I'm sorry I beg to differ.
Wouldn't be suggesting the "fabhotels" to other people if this is how you guys deal
