The staff is cordial and really helpful. If at all you need hot water for your travel, you will get it here.
As in all road travel, just be cautious with your payment. Get only what you need and ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our website ay back from Lonavala we stopped at Starbucks for some good coffee. Delighted to spot this inside Food Mall at Raigad Khalapur road. Mall is nice and good having lots of restaurants. We had good coffee at Starbucks. Though seating is not permitted due to COVID-19.
We got our staff packed and enjoyed in the car. Staff was courteous. Service was fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks never fails to deliver. If the classic American breakfast that you can get. The interiors of this Starbucks was amazing! Definitely a quick stop on your way to Lonavala at Starbucks for breakfast.
I tried the New York cheese with the strawberry compote and it was delicious!
