★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Advisor was Abinash Das who is very my irresponsible person, he had added "Engine Was by Chemical" costing Rs. 600/- in the Job sheet. I got the delivery at car at Evening. Next morning I found that no cleaning was done, I called Avinash to report that and answer was shocking, he simply told that he has forget to instruct the technicians to do that. How irresponsible is he. So I don't recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite good , big , people r friendly, but the bad thing is they don't have a specific uniform or dress code, u cannot distinguish between workers and customers, plus the work line is not perfect like everything is hotch potch like one second here other second there types

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite good experience. Been in bangalore for 20years never ever got such service experience till now. Nilanjan daa was my advisor. Quite good and he has given attention to detail till the end my car got serviced. Periodic servicing was done. He had given genuine advice and taken utmost care of customer needs. Maruti on overall has become quite customer centric. Keep up the good work. Starburst and Maruti good job so far. As per my experience I recommend Starburst to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok. Not so cool ambience. Toilets are nasty and was not under maintenance for a long period of time. Gives a smell which lead to vomiting. But overall staff are good. But needs to be renovated or maintained asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust their service part.... You will be overwhelmed by their behaviour but ultimately poor quality of work. The body shop guys are contractual & they don't have 10% of knowledge. Even a roadside garage will do better quality of work. Don't know how Maruti has given them Authorization!!
