Pros:
1. Best in class service
2. Package cost
3. Picture and video quality
4. They have different kind of high tech gadgets.
Cons:
Time management (In my reception a part of their team came a bit late because of a road accident. Though they did not miss any event but it is always better to have sufficient time in hand to handle this kind of unforseen events.)
